Nexora Consulting FZE is a technology consulting group registered in the United Arab Emirates. The data controller for this site is Nexora Consulting FZE.
2. Data we collect
Through the contact form: name, email, company, role, country, division, message and consent. Through the newsletter form: email and language preference. Automatically: technical logs (IP address, user agent, pages visited) and, with your consent, analytics cookies.
3. Why we use it
To answer your enquiry, qualify the opportunity and follow up commercially. To send the quarterly newsletter when you have subscribed. To improve the site and measure traffic anonymously.
4. Legal basis
GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) (steps taken at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract), Art. 6(1)(a) (consent for the newsletter and non-essential cookies), Art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest in operating and securing the site).
5. Retention
Leads are kept for up to 36 months after the last interaction. Newsletter subscribers are kept until you unsubscribe. Technical logs are kept for 12 months.
6. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with infrastructure providers acting as processors (hosting, database, email delivery, workflow automation) under contract.
7. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, deletion or portability of your data, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Write to sales@nexoraconsulting.io. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.
